I can't think, Pakistan will play without Aamir in T20 World Cup- Arthur

New Delhi Former Pakistan cricket team coach Mickey Arthur has expressed surprise at Pakistan's departure to fast bowler Mohammad Amir in the T20 World Cup. He clearly said that going to the tournament without Aamir would mean lowering the team's expectations.
Aamir had decided to quit Test cricket last year, which the team management did not like. Now there are reports that Aamir may be excluded from the squad selected for the T20 World Cup. The World Cup is to be held in Australia in October-November this year.
Presently, Misbah-ul-Haq is playing the role of both Pakistan's head coach and chief selector. The head coach is not happy with Aamir retiring from the Test and there are talks that Aamir may be left out of the T20 World Cup squad. Arthur said, "I can't even imagine that Pakistan will play without Aamir in the T20 World Cup. He is a match winner. If you keep him out then your chances of good in your tournament will be reduced." "
Arthur clearly said that he does not believe that Aamir and Wahab Riaz have somehow demoralized the team management by deciding to retire from Test cricket. "Aamir spoke to me about this, I tried very hard to keep playing Test cricket. I saw that he has no desire to play Test and his body is not able to withstand the pressure of playing all three formats. "
"Aamir is a top class bowler and also a match winner. I like to see him bowling. I think he has given a chance to prolong his limited overs cricket career by deciding to retire from Test cricket."
